Imbondeiro Sports Agency was founded by José D’Oliveira, a Lisbon-based sports consultant working with international players, families and football organisations across Spain and Portugal.
After seeing talented players lose valuable years pursuing unclear opportunities, unreliable contacts and environments that were not appropriate for their level, José created ISA to provide a more structured and honest route.
The objective is not to recommend the biggest badge available. It is to understand the player’s age, experience, passport, level, objectives and readiness before identifying a pathway that genuinely makes sense.

Can ISA guarantee a professional contract?
No. ISA can coordinate a structured assessment or pathway when appropriate, but selection, registration and contracts depend on the player’s performance, the club’s requirements and availability.
Why not contact clubs directly?
Families can contact clubs themselves. ISA’s role is to professionally assess the player, identify an appropriate level, coordinate with relevant decision-makers and manage the process and supporting logistics.
Does every applicant receive a consultation?
No. Every application is reviewed first. Suitable applicants are contacted by our concierge team on WhatsApp before a private booking link is provided. If you don’t use WhatsApp or our message cannot be delivered, we’ll contact you by email instead. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder.
Are these opportunities free?
No. ISA services, club programmes and external expenses may all involve separate costs. The exact structure depends on the pathway eventually recommended.
Does the player need a highlight video?
Footage helps with professional assessment, but it is optional at the initial application stage. It may be requested before specific recommendations are made.
Who must attend the consultation?
The player and the relevant parent or financial decision-maker should attend whenever applicable because the pathway involves practical and financial decisions.
